  3. Nice job! The article speaks of the benefits brought about by AI in managing talent, but again points out a problem: AI can be biased. If the AI systems learn from biased data, they might give a certain group an unfair advantage over another, leading to unfair hiring or performance reviews. It's now up to the companies to make sure that their AI tools learn from a variety of data that's fair to avoid these biases in hiring and management.
